I've finally been accepted to one of the Universities i applied to and i can't wait to go and study there.
It's a three year course in architectural studies, which deals with the design aspects of architecture. Now some of you know that architecture is one of many of my favourite branches of the arts and seems to be the most complicated which is why I opted to go for it first.
The only problem is the cost. I'm currently applying for bursaries and stuff and i'm gonna a to get some kind of job when i get to South Africa, but my mom says i should stay at my current university and study architecture here as it is being offered next year and i have applied for that too. The only problem is that i want to go the University in South Africa for more than just studying. I want to be able to make something of myself and i can't do that where i am now. I've always wnated to experience every branch of the arts and i'm certain i can accomplish that at outside of Namibia. I don't just want to be an architect but more.
I know my heart tells me that this is what i want and my mind says that i should work hard, but if i stay where i am, i doubt i'll ever make it. I'll probably stay at the new university for just one year and then transfer. My brother begins his finall year of highschool next year and he's thinking of going abroad i'm i might as well tag along.
Its going to be a lot of work but i'm sure i can get there.
